My Background
I am carine O'Flahertyn a bilingual (English-French) certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ACC Accreditation) and Everything DiSC Wiley Brand.
For over 20 years, I've worked in various roles in learning and profesionnal development such as Learning Designer, Digital Learning Manager, and International Consultant within multinational firms. Since 2021, I've been focused on Jumpsuit Coaching, a venture I started.
During my career, I have had the chance to:
- Analyse learning needs in organisations and understand skill needs as well as changes in mindset and behaviour.
- Create innovative digital and hybrid learning programs.
- Lead learning and development projects and teams.
- Roll out learning programs and LMS platforms and tools globally.
- Advise HR departments on corporate culture and learning strategies and technologies.
- Coach talents and leaders from Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and university departments.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs for Fortune 500 organizations.
These experiences have given me valuable insights into talent development within organizations. I've learned that simple, essential ways of being and interacting can help both companies and individuals thrive and grow.
I deeply value openness to others and different cultures. Living in Ireland and Great Britain for half of my career, and working with different cultures —have enriched my perspective, something others often notice and appreciate in my work.
