I listen carefully and zoom in to explore nuances, to help you clarify their exact meaning and untangle little knots. My questions help you find a gem, a new awareness in each session that gets you closer and closer to your goal.

Learning programme facilitation

When I work with groups of leaders and professionals, I build on their experiences to increase their awareness of human needs in the workspace. I help them tap into their own values and deep needs, empowering them to lead from within. I see leaders embracing authentic leadership and walking the talk during and between leadership development sessions. By the end of the learning initiative, I am assured that they have become more impactful leaders and professionals.

My background

I have worked for 20 years in an international environment as a learning leader and consultant. I have had the opportunity to work with more than 100 nationalities and to drive over 1,000 learning programmes and initiatives in different capacities including learning needs analysis, learning experience design, content development (online, live in-person or online and hybrid), group facilitation and coaching, project management and evaluation.
